Overview :
As a Senior UX Designer at Blackhawk Network, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create user-centered designs that meet both user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with technical constraints.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain innovative and competitive.
