This role is a blend of sales, public relations, and medical outreach, focused on educating physicians and their teams about FYZICAL’s advanced physical therapy and balance programs. You won’t be selling a product—you’ll be building trust, sparking interest, and making it easy for providers to refer patients who can benefit from our services. Responsibilities- Develop and strengthen relationships with physicians, medical offices, and healthcare providers to increase patient referrals.
- Educate providers and their staff on FYZICAL’s specialized therapy services, referral process, and patient outcomes.
- Serve as a key liaison between our clinic and referring offices, ensuring clear communication and a seamless referral experience.
- Identify and engage with key local organizations and community groups that can help spread awareness of FYZICAL’s services. While providers are the primary focus, occasional outreach to the broader community may support our mission.
- Monitor referral trends and track outreach efforts using tools like DMR and CRM systems to refine strategy.
- Conduct regular visits, calls, and follow-ups to maintain strong connections with referring physicians and their teams.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing efforts to reinforce relationships and enhance provider engagement.
- Gather and manage provider feedback to continually improve relationships and clinic reputation.
- Personable, engaging, and professional—able to build trust with physicians and their teams.
- Strong communicator who can clearly articulate FYZICAL’s value to providers and staff.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and drive results.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
- Experience in sales, physician relations, healthcare marketing, or medical communications is a plus, but a strong personality and relationship-building mindset matter most.
- Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems, referral tracking, and marketing tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field preferred, but equivalent experience is welcomed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required (mileage reimbursement provided).
