Competitive salary and benefits :

Greet and discharge patients - ensure feel welcome, comfortable and at ease, verify insurance, collect payments, and promote timely return visits and patient feedbackHandle patient intake and new patient data gathering, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and ensuing patient communications including appointment reminders and cancellation re-schedulesAct as patient liaison - disseminate relevant information, answer questions from potential or current patients, act as a go-between for patients and physicians regarding PT plans of care (inbound and outbound)Enable efficient and thorough billing practices - verify insurance eligibility and benefits, send paperwork to billing firm, track explanation of benefitsEnable smooth clinic operation - track all clinic referrals, manage clinic patient schedule, and adjust patient schedule when possible to account for cancellations, communicate with clinical staffSkills & Qualifications
Personable with a positive attitude and empathetic toward people that are in painProactive with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitudeStrong communicator - proactive, clear, timely, and engagingReliable / dependable with high integrityHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task / have multiple activities going on at onceAdept at navigating multi-line phone system, voip communications technology, digital fax, and CRM systemsAssociate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field (or similar experience) preferred
