Salary : $20-$22
As a Patient Representative (front desk staff) youll be greeting & scheduling patients, communicating with Therapists, patients & physician offices as well as taking part in clinic administration tasks.
Your Success & Qualifications Involve :
- Providing exceptional customer service through face to face & phone interactions.
- Greeting patients and caregivers with a friendly smile & positive attitude.
- Possess basic computer skills in Word, Outlook & Excel.
- Patient registration & intakes
- Collecting co-pays.
- Completing electronic health records
- Multi-tasking.
- Appointment scheduling
Medical terminology is a plus, but we will train.

Starting salary : $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
This is a full-time position Monday / Wednesday / Friday 8 : 30-5 : 30, Tuesday / Thursday 7 : 30-4 : 30 No weekends.
