Mechanical Assembly Technician

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience.

Hours: 6am-2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm (overtime is available)

Job Description

G.A. Braun is seeking a full-time Mechanical Assembly Technician. The Mechanical Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling parts using various hand and power tools. Mechanical Assembly Technician should have the ability to read/interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. A Mechanical Assembly Technician should have the ability to meet and exceed customer deadlines under no supervision.

Mechanical Assembly Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

· Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to compete assembly work orders.

· Assemble parts according to specifications and blueprints.

· Adhere to production schedules and meet deadlines.

· Perform inspections before, during and after assembling products.

· Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

Mechanical Assembly Technician Qualifications:

· Ability to work 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

· Reliable transportation

· Overtime available and encouraged.

· Assembly experience (preferred)

Schedule:

· 8-hour shift - 1st shift

· Monday to Friday

· Weekends optional
