Job Description:
As a Production Assembler at G.A. Braun, you will be responsible for assembling parts and components to create high-quality industrial equipment. You will work with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and machinery to meet production deadlines and specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret blueprints, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to assemble parts according to work orders and blueprints.
- Follow assembly instructions and ensure components are assembled correctly to meet engineering specifications.
- Perform inspections on parts and products before, during, and after assembly to ensure quality standards are met.
- Work with team members to achieve production goals and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Meet and exceed production deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Must be reliable and punctual with excellent work ethic.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday), with overtime opportunities.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
