  • Setting operators to jobs in an efficient manner. Help to establish processes and procedures for their assigned work areas. Performs job specific training for employees in assigned areas.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work area supporting 5S.
  • Performs audits to ensure procedures are being followed appropriately (ex. : OPT).
  • Management material (raw material and containers) as required for daily production schedule.
  • Coordination with Tooling technicians to change tooling and programming WJ.
  • Incidents daily management.
  • UET monthly meetings planning and address. Contribute with data to identify / Analyze improvement Actions. Improvement proposals management made ​​within the UET (with IDEA system or similar).
  • Coordination and management of 5S, Kamishibai and standardization.
  • Adequate of training and human resources available to the production needs. Polyvalences management by posts and models.
  • Tests management from the development of new models, technologies, materials, etc. coming from Engineering, Quality and Materials Management Departments.
  • Analysis of claims and monitoring of action plans.
  • Submits cost reduction and Innovation ideas.
  • Implements Engineering Changes for assigned areas.
