We are seeking a bilingual CAPACITADORA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering training sessions in a bilingual setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for employees in both Spanish and English
- Develop training materials and resources
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed
- Provide feedback to trainees to enhance learning outcomes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure training objectives are met
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Proven experience as a trainer or educator
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt training techniques to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies
