As the Chief Administrative Officer, you'll be the strategic backbone supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency. You'll also be instrumental in supporting crucial organizational governance. This isn't just about managing schedules; it's about using your exceptional judgment, staying one step ahead, and being a proactive force in managing the CEO's time, communications, and strategic priorities.
Imagine being the trusted confidante and go-to person for the CEO, as well as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external partners.
In this role you will:
- Become the CEO's Strategic Partner: You'll be the time optimizer for the CEO, expertly managing their calendar, travel, and meetings with independent judgment and a keen eye for what truly matters.
- Master of Communication Flow: You'll be at the forefront of critical communications, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing to and from the CEO, and expertly prioritizing urgent matters. Plus, you'll be the friendly resource our team turns to for insights on CEO priorities and company-wide initiatives.
- Orchestrate Seamless Meetings & Board Support: You'll be the maestro behind successful meetings, from gathering essential info and distributing materials to providing the CEO with insightful briefings. When it comes to the Board, you'll oversee all related matters, build strong relationships with board members, and collaborate closely with the General Counsel on compliance.
- Drive Board Governance Excellence: You'll manage the logistics of Board meetings like a pro, from crafting agendas and documenting minutes to tracking compliance requirements. You'll even get to onboard new board members, setting them up for success!
- Champion Compliance & Accreditation: You'll play a vital role in maintaining our standards by creating, monitoring, and managing Board metrics. Collaborating with the executive team, you'll help manage all things compliance, from contracts to accreditation processes.
- Unlock Insights with Data: You'll develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and analytical tools that empower informed decision-making across the organization.
- Connect with the Community: You'll partner with the team on exciting initiatives involving community leaders, public affairs, and impactful events.
- Lead Key Projects to Success: You'll take the reins on cross-functional projects at the request of the C-suite, ensuring they are completed on time and with stellar results.
- Manage Key Relationships: You'll oversee our connections with contractors and vendors on behalf of the C-suite, working closely with the General Counsel.
- Be the Efficiency Guru: You'll independently manage tasks within the CEO's office, proactively taking ownership and minimizing the CEO's direct involvement while maximizing productivity.
