As a seasoned contracts administrator, you will lead and inspire a talented team of contract administrators at G.A. Rogers & Associates.

You will play a critical role in enhancing team capabilities by providing training on customer RFQ/RFPs, POs, and T&Cs reviews, and you'll establish streamlined procedures for effective customer follow-up.

Your Expertise is Needed
- 7 years of experience in an administrative role that focuses on interaction with customers, purchase order processing, contract administration, and order entry into an ERP system.
- 2 years of experience as a supervisor required.
- Knowledge of US Government Contracts and FAA regulations preferred.
- Strong computer skills with MS Office and databases, as well as knowledge of ERP systems.
- Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills required.
- BS/BA preferred.
