Qualifications Responsibilities:
- Support Senior Executives with administrative functions such as answering and returning calls, and scheduling Teams Meetings and conference calls.
- Managing heavy calendars and communications of key company executives
- Assist with preparing, drafting, and reviewing legal documents such as motions, pleadings, Case Information Statements, and discovery.
- Familiarity with electronic filing in E-Courts and JEDS a must.
- Communicating with clients, court staff, and opposing parties in a professional manner.
- Manage busy attorney calendar and ability to coordinate with multiple parties.
- Strong Transcription skills.
- Record and store client information and maintain case files.
- Willing to assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
- 5 years of Legal Administrative experience.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
