The Human Resource Generalist performs daily functions of the Human Resources department at the professional level. This is a mid level or senior level role, and will have commensurate experience and compensation requirements.

Summary of Essential Duties :
- Monitor employee education and mandatory training compliance.
- Track certifications and licenses for clinical staff, manage renewals.
- Administer HRIS for compliance, data integrity, and reporting.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring all pre-employment checks are completed.
- Stay updated on HR trends, practices, and technologies.
- Create reports, perform audits, and maintain compliance with employment laws.
- Handle employment inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Update job descriptions for vacancies.
- Support recruitment and benefits administration as backup.
- Manage incident reporting, follow-up, and ergonomic evaluations for employees.
- Coordinate and manage employee recognition programs.
- Administer network and physical access for employees.
- Process unemployment notices and related wage inquiries promptly.
