Job Description
- Must have prior experience leading facility improvements and capital planning in a factory environment.
- Ensure the implementation of safety measures in project plans.
- Lead meetings, workshops, and other discussions to gather business requirements from stakeholders.
- Oversee the development of the Scope of Work (SOW) for each subproject in collaboration with the clients team.
- Define technical and resource requirements for project implementation.
- Prepare CapEx project proposals, including objectives, technical scope, timelines, budgets, project teams, regulatory permits, contract management, risk assessments, and startup / commissioning requirements.
- Develop and maintain a master project plan, incorporating User Requirement Specifications based on input from site teams.
- Create RFP scopes and deliverables for onshore / offshore resources and project proposal estimates.
