Responsibilities

- Assist with stock management, including restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Upsell products to customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math is beneficial.
- Experience using cash registers or POS systems is an asset.
