We are seeking a dedicated Inbound Call Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for helping clients. This role involves responding to inbound calls, providing exceptional client services, and ensuring a positive experience for every caller. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, making your role crucial in maintaining our company’s reputation for outstanding service.

Duties

• Handle inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times.
• Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding products and services.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
• Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services to effectively assist clients.
• Support multilingual customers by utilizing language skills when necessary.

Experience

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Experience in client services or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Multilingual abilities are highly valued, enhancing our capacity to serve diverse clientele.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.46 - $20.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 52 per week
