Benefits of the Clerical / Admin Parts Coordinator Detailer Position:

- Pay: $962.50/week. (The Clerical / Administrative Associate position has a pay scale that consists of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation range of 21 to 26.)
- Up to 300 dollar bonus per month based on performance metrics
- 401(k) plan with company matching
- PTO, Sick Leave and Paid Holidays
- Position is full time - Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a 30 minute lunch.
Example Responsibilities of the Clerical / Administrative Parts Coordinator:
**Experience in the following areas is a plus but NOT REQURED:
- Computerized check writing
- Time Card handling
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting to Manager & Corporate
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Audit Compliance of Clerical Paperwork
- Answering customer phone calls
- Greeting customers in store
- Check in parts from a variety of vendors
- Check for damage and part accuracy
- Receiving invoices
- Give our customers a ride home
- Washing vehicles
- Some janitorial work
Requirements for the Clerical / Admin Parts Coordinator Detailer position:
- Computer/Typing Abilities
- Polished telephone and email abilities
- Customer Service
- Bilingual in Spanish (a plus, but not mandatory)
- Valid Driver's License
- Hard Working
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and shift gears quickly
- Complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy
- Confident self-starter who works well independently
- Takes initiative and able to receive feedback while working as part of a team
