Looking for happy positive individuals who can wear multiple hats for a sweet young man - a caregiver, a companion and most importantly a friend
He is a young adult with (non verbal) Autism. He lives with support from his family. He is looking a someone who is kind and patient to keep him in routine and safe as a friend. This job is for people who has experience with Developmentally delayed individuals. Punctuality is very important as she will be depending on you for his daily activities.
Little about him
He can express his feeling though various facial expression and sounds and some AAC device. He is mostly Non verbal . He has unsteady gait but likes walking in parks and outside. He likes routines and plans. He has obsession about certain things that need to be supervised closely at all time. He shows interest in people and community recently and we would love to help him explore where his interest follows.
Key duties include:
- assisting him with daily activities and providing supervision.
- preparing and assisting meals,
- helping improve his communication skill,
- safety monitoring and Support in emergency
- good work ethic is required.
- You must have a valid driver's license and ID.
- Prefers a physically active and dependable person
He is a big guy with big heart - like a child.

Job Type: Part-time-
Available shift : subject to change
3-9 AM Daily but can be changed for full time position later time. Hours are bit flexible.
