As we expand our footprint in the U.S. market, we are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Director of Business Development to spearhead our efforts in new market acquisition and team leadership

Position Overview

As the Director of Business Development , you will take ownership of growing our U.S. market presence by driving new client acquisitions, establishing strategic partnerships, and leading a team of Business Development Representatives. This senior role offers significant earning potential, including a competitive base salary and a lucrative commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the client base in the U.S.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities, including healthcare providers, distributors, and other industry partners.
Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, marketing, and operations) to develop customized solutions for clients.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to provide strategic recommendations.
Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales leadership, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing teams.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
