For this M-F dayshift position, we are seeking a Fleet Mechanic/Technician with at least 1 year of experience on diesel engines/trucks. This key addition will perform routine maintenance on the company’s diesel fleet at our Channahon shop
Summary:
Diagnosis/Replacement/Repair of various systems and components of trucks and trailers including but not limited to: diesel engines, electrical systems, air brakes, suspension, HVAC, steering, intake and exhaust

Qualifications:
- Experience working on diesel engines and/or trucks
- Toolbox with Basic Hand tools (larger shop tools will be provided by company)
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to read and write English and have basic computer skills
- FHWA Certification preferred, but company will train and pay for certification if needed
