Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project development, detailed design, and calculation efforts for civil works projects
- Oversee the preparation of project plans, specifications, and estimates
- Manage project costs, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient utilization and on-time delivery
- Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Develop and implement project management strategies to improve productivity and quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
- Advanced degree or certification in project management preferred
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Professional Engineer, with a strong background in civil works projects
- Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer in the State of Louisiana, or the ability to gain registration through reciprocity within 6 months
