*General Superintendent*
G&E Partners have collaborated with a leading General Contractor based in the heart of New York City to battle their current backlog of almost $1B. They operate across various markets in heavy civil construction with their main clientele base being in NYC region.
Markets: Heavy highway, Bridges, Site Development and Utilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee daily field operations on heavy civil construction projects.
- Ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance are strictly followed.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Resolve on-site challenges and optimize construction methods.
- Lead and mentor field staff to ensure productivity and quality.
- Conduct inspections to maintain high construction standards.
- Manage a team of Superintendents.
Requirements:
- 10 years in a leadership position as a Superintendent
- Previous work with municipalities such as NYCT, MTA, LIRR, SCA, NYCHA and DASNY.
- Experience leading crews on projects $60M and above.
- Ability to read blueprints, and project plans.
Compensations:
- Salary $230k - $275K DOE.
- Lucrative bonus structure.
