Job Description
This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can:
- Review project drawings and documentation to determine scope
- Prepare comprehensive takeoffs for earthwork, highways, utilities, and site development
- Coordinate material take-offs, equipment mobilization, and subcontractor budgeting
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience estimating heavy highway, site development, earthmoving, and underground utility projects
- Hands-on experience with HCSS Heavy Bid (Estimating) and Heavy Job (Project Management) software
