G&E Partners are exclusively partnered with a renowned reputable general contractor in San Francisco who are amidst their growth phase. We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the ranks and be the spearhead of further growth for the years to come!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Provide leadership to project managers, engineers, and other team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Mentor and develop project staff to enhance their performance and career growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and bids for new projects.
  • Monitor project financials, including cost control and revenue forecasting.
  • Ensure projects achieve financial targets and profitability.
  • Approve project budgets, change orders, and invoices.
  • Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on highways, bridges, and rail projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and financial management tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with Design-Build and Public-Private Partnership (P3) projects.
