G-ED UP ENTERTAINMENT, LLC, an innovative multimedia and entertainment company, is seeking a forward-thinking and tech-savvy Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our executive team. This unique, equity-based role offers an entrepreneurial leader the chance to shape and oversee the company's technological strategy, ensuring seamless integration of automation, AI, and digital systems across all operations.

As CTO, you will hold a 2.5% equity ownership stake in G-ED UP ENTERTAINMENT, receiving dividends and distributions based on company growth and profitability. This position is ideal for a technology leader who is passionate about leveraging the latest tools and AI-driven solutions to drive business growth, improve operational efficiencies, and build scalable systems.

Responsibilities :

Technology Strategy

Define and implement a technology roadmap that aligns with company goals, focusing on digital transformation, scalability, and automation.

Automation & AI

Lead the adoption and integration of automation tools, AI applications, and data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Systems Management

Oversee the development, deployment, and management of digital systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the company and support both current and future business activities.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

Ensure data security and regulatory compliance for all systems, protecting sensitive information and maintaining trust with stakeholders.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with the CEO, COO, and CFO to align technology initiatives with overall business strategy, supporting cross-functional projects and goals.

Vendor & Tool Selection

Evaluate and select the best tools and platforms for automating workflows, data analytics, and enhancing team productivity.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a CTO, technical director, or in a senior technology role, ideally within a startup or growth-focused environment.

Strong understanding of automation, AI tools, and modern online systems that enhance productivity and scalability.

Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing technology solutions that support business objectives.

Must be local to Los Angeles, CA for in-person collaboration and on-site engagement.

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to lead technical teams and influence company-wide technology decisions.

Must be willing to submit to a background check.

Experience in the media, entertainment, or similar creative industries is a plus.
