We're seeking a dedicated Customer Advocate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Customer Advocate role. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. This role involves managing client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Occasional travel to our Danvers, MA location is required.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift, generally 9a-5p
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fiskdale, MA 01518: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service in manufacturing: 3-5 years of experience (Preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite

Language:

• English (Required)
