G Force Media is a growing business in Bradenton, FL. We are a fullfillment center for youtube apparel and merchandise. We fold, package, and ship items for various clients. We are looking for a customer representaitive who answers emails and phone calls in order to aid customers during their onine purchasing process.
Secondary tasks may include: folding shirts and packaging orders.

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our online customers through email and phone communication, ensuring their satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Respond to customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assist customers with their inquiries, orders, and concerns
- Answer emails in a timely manor
- Provide product knowledge and make recommendations to customers
-Process customer returns quickly and efectively
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
