As a Jr. Insurance Broker, you will receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and the opportunity to run your own office.
Key Responsibilities
Training and Development: Participate in an extensive training program that covers the fundamentals of insurance, sales techniques, client relationship management, and industry regulations.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals, assessing their needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.
Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow your client portfolio.
Underwriting and Policy Management: Assist clients in the application process, underwriting, and policy issuance, ensuring a seamless experience.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with experienced brokers and management to learn from their expertise, share best practices, and contribute to the team's success.
Business Development: Prepare to take on the responsibility of running your own insurance office, including recruiting and managing a team of agents.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18
- Min Associate’s degree preferred
- Ability to obtain state insurance license (We will train)
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Coachable and eager to learn from experienced professionals.
