Overview
We are seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in various aspects of pipefitting, including installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities and will involve working with a variety of materials and tools.
Duties
- Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems for water, gas, and other fluids.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of piping systems.
- Utilize welding techniques such as FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) for pipe connections.
- Perform fire sprinkler fitting to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Conduct tube bending to create custom piping solutions as required.
- Troubleshoot issues within existing piping systems and perform necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project completion on time and within specifications.
Experience
- Proven experience in pipefitting or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical documents.
- Familiarity with welding processes and techniques is advantageous.
- Experience with pipeline installation and maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
