Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with state and national standards.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student growth.
Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles.
Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and observations.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administration to enhance student achievement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required;
Valid state teaching certification in ELA, Math, or Science.
Proven experience in teaching the respective subject at the designated grade levels.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment.
