The Role
We seek a highly motivated Director of Development to join our team at G.Foundation in The Colony, TX.
This full-time on-site role will lead planned giving, annual giving, philanthropy, budgeting, and fundraising activities.
You will work closely with donors, volunteers, and advocates to drive our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive development strategies
- Manage budgets, grants, and fundraising campaigns
- Mentor and collaborate with staff to achieve development goals
- Strengthen relationships with donors, stakeholders, and the community
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in grant writing and fundraising preferred
