Position Summary:
The QEP/IRA Manger ensures our renewable energy construction projects adhere to regulatory, legal, and company standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and highly motivated. The manager will be involved with labor and wage regulations and compliance of these regulations. This is an on-site position with opportunities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure construction projects comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, including, safety, and labor laws
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of renewable energy standards and practices, including ISO, OSHA, and environmental impact guidelines
- Prepare and review compliance documentation, permits, and reports
- Maintain accurate records of compliance audits, inspections, and corrective actions
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations that could impact ongoing or future projects
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address compliance-related concerns
- Promote and integrate sustainability and environmental stewardship into project compliance strategies
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience & Skills:
- 1-2 years of compliance experience preferably in renewable energy industry
- Track record of managing regulatory compliance for projects
- Strong understanding of renewable energy policies, labor and wage laws, and permitting processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience in reporting to stakeholders
- Proficiency in compliance management software and tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Physical Requirements:
- Work Environment: This job operates in an office setting. The role may require occasional travel.
- Physical Demands: This role requires the ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer. Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
