The Mechanic performs preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections on various mechanical equipment, including engines, pumps, and machinery. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical issues, replacing parts like bearings and seals, and ensuring proper use of tools and safety standards. This role also involves regular exposure to physical demands, such as lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in various environments that include exposure to noise, fumes, and mechanical hazards.

- Record all maintenance activities and repairs in logs.

- Less than high school education or one year of related experience.
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
- Ability to follow safety regulations and use mechanical tools properly.
- Knowledge of job-specific software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Exposure to mechanical parts, vibrations, and extreme temperatures.
