We are currently seeking a Senior Director, 3PL Operations to join our team. As a key member of the supply chain team, this role will be responsible for overseeing third-party logistics (3PL) operations and ensuring seamless integration and execution of these services in alignment with the company's strategic business goals.
Key responsibilities will include building and nurturing strong relationships with 3PL providers, conducting comprehensive assessments of current 3PL operations, negotiating effectively with 3PL providers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes, and serving as the escalation point for resolving operational issues with 3PL partners.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management, distribution operations, and 3PL partnerships, as well as a proven track record of managing 3PL relationships, including negotiating contracts, ensuring accountability, and driving operational improvements.
