Junior Account Executive, Women's Footwear

Location (On-Site - 5 days): New York City, Midtown Manhattan – Fashion District
Success Profile: Junior Account Executive acts as account support and account management for existing accounts.
Key Accountabilities
Account Management:
-Assist with managing and growing major department store accounts.
-Organize ongoing conference calls with accounts.
-Work closely with accounts to create exclusive product to meet the demands of the customers.
-Manages shipping with their accounts (proactively).
Strategy:
-Work closely with visual merchandiser to assort buys, create market strategies, and to increase seasonal bookings.
-Create seasonal bookings report for quick glance of current projections and seasonal bookings.
Order Entry and Team Partnerships:
-Maintain all orders, which includes’ creating batch sheets, reviewing orders for accuracy, replacing dollars lost due to cancels or oversolds.
-Enters in orders and follow up on existing orders.
-Ensure that Design and Merchandising is aware of all accounts’ product needs via seasonal wish lists.
Analysis:
-Consistently analyzing sales data, such as classification analysis and market share, looking for both growth and missed opportunities.
Education and Experience:
2 years of experience in wholesale, a must bachelor’s degree in Fashion
The pay range for this position is: $65,000 per year - $75,000 per year.
