Sales Assistant – Men’s & Women’s Outerwear (Levi’s, Dockers, Champion)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our Men’s & Women’s Outerwear team, supporting the Levi’s, Dockers, and Champion brands. This role is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced yet supportive environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in wholesale sales. With direct mentorship from VP and SVP leadership, the right candidate will gain exposure to high-level management and have the opportunity for upward growth based on sales performance and innovative contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee order entry and processing, ensuring accurate and timely shipments, collaborating with warehouse, EDI, and allocation teams.
- Monitor seasonal order confirmations, track shipments, and address any order discrepancies.
- Assist in planning and executing NY market appointments and client meetings, including showroom merchandising and sample coordination.
- Ensure accuracy of product listings and attributes on retailer websites, regularly monitoring for updates and corrections.
- Work cross-functionally with Design, Production, and Planning teams to ensure nothing falls between the cracks, including recapping assortment selections in market for the sales team and turning over those recaps to Design & Production.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF.
- Experience with NuOrder, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator are a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and quick to learn in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Previous experience in wholesale, merchandising, or logistics is preferred, particularly within the apparel industry.

- Sample Management: Manage advertisement samples and showroom samples.
- Track sample requests for special events and advertising.
- Maintain showroom.
- Logistics: Collaborate with the Logistics department to ensure consistent communication with clients on order processing and shipping needs are being met.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising or equivalent background in fashion
- 1-2 years of fashion industry experience
- Strong Excel skills

The pay range for this position is: $55,000 per year (Annualized salary is based on a 40 hour work week) - $65,000 per year (Annualized salary is based on a 40 hour work week)
