Profile :
The Vice President, Network Strategy & Analytics will provide the vision and strategy to spearhead G-III’s initiatives for identifying and implementing cutting-edge solutions that streamline logistics operations. This includes leveraging advanced technology and data analytics to improve order fulfillment accuracy, enhancing inventory visibility, and optimizing logistics processes. By fostering a culture of innovation and partnership, the Vice President will ensure that G-III remains agile and responsive to market changes and demands, driving operational efficiencies that align with the company’s overall business objectives. The position reports to the SVP Network Operations.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the Analytics, Inventory and Retail Warehouse Operations teams
- Lead complex projects from concept to implementation by providing strategy and thought leadership to stakeholders, leveraging resources, and driving risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide strategic insight and guidance, driving the development and execution of data management strategies, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security across the organization.
- Develop an inventory placement strategy that ensures product is positioned in locations that minimize lead times and transportation costs.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify, analyze, and accelerate strategies that define and implement best practices for data governance, data quality, and data integrity.
- Lead key strategic initiatives across G-III logistics, driving continuous improvement throughout the organization by analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing streamlined processes.
- Develop and manage KPIs and reporting frameworks to track progress on business goals and operational metrics.
- Create and manage all modeling needed, including the creation of dashboards, regular reporting tools, and ad-hoc reports to analyze and support transformation initiatives throughout the logistics landscape and integrate into the strategic planning continuum.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, facilitating process improvements and ensuring successful delivery of key projects.

200K – 250K discretionary bonus

Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
