About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our franchise sales efforts in Houston and the greater Texas region. Your mission will be to identify and nurture potential franchisees, guide them through the process, and ultimately help them achieve their entrepreneurial dreams.

This role provides a fantastic opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and passion for business development while making a meaningful impact on the growth and success of our franchise network. You’ll be based in Houston, with the flexibility to travel across the region to meet prospects, build relationships, and represent G.J. Gardner Homes.

  • Proven Sales Professional : A strong track record of success in sales, ideally in franchise or B2B sectors.
  • Hunter Mentality : Proactive and driven approach to lead generation and business development.
  • Excellent Communicator : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for building rapport, delivering effective presentations, and negotiating with confidence.
  • Business Acumen : Ability to engage in meaningful conversations about business challenges and entrepreneurial opportunities.
