Small St. Louis based Commercial Real Estate Development, Leasing and Management Company with over 75 years of combined experience. We have developed over 4,000,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, office and other commercial space.
We are looking for an entry level Executive Assistant/Receptionist to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's senior level management.
Responsibilities will include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, act as point of contact between executives and clients, dictations, typing letters, emails, making sure the files are in order and all items are included, filing, agendas, meeting notes and much more.

Qualifications needed:
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant
- Strong typing skills
- MS Office experience
- Organizational skills
- Time Management skills
- Dictation software
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Strong analytical skills a plus
- Construction knowledge a plus
- Commercial Real Estate a plus
