About the job:
We are seeking a proactive Associate Sales Analyst with strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills to provide support to two (2) National Sales Managers. This person will be expected to perform a variety of tasks such as keeping projects on track, processing data feeds in addition to researching and analyzing data. An ideal candidate is responsive, thoughtful, self-directed, positive, and seeking a challenging role. The Associate Sales Analyst has strong organizational skills, as well as strong communication skills with the ability to make on the spot decisions using discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.
Responsibilities include:
Project Management
- Partner with peers in other functional areas (e.g., marketing, accounting, executive) and across regional teams to execute projects in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of G & J’s resources.
- Drive execution of action items, projects, and initiatives by tracking milestones, coordinating resources, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Analytical
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports or briefings.
- Leverage data analytics to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
- Proactively recommend reports and processes to streamline communication and activity.
- Keep up to date on current trends, training, and information
- Utilize historical information; provide retrieval of information.
Administrative
- Efficiently manage and prioritize NSM calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls across multiple time zones.
- Moderate and record meetings and events, take minutes, manage follow-up, and ensure timely completion.
- Manage a large volume of emails.
- Draft written responses or replies by phone and e-mail on behalf of NSM.
- Prepare insights, decks, charts, graphs, business plans, etc., responsible for accuracy of final copy.
- Inputting, updating, and maintaining records in CRM databases.
- Prepare and submit monthly expense reports.
- Coordinate travel logistics and itineraries.
About you:
- Candidate must have 5 years in a sales operations analysis or a business support role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field.
- Prior experience managing vendor relationships.

- Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
