Summary As the Senior Manager, Security Operations, you will be responsible for assisting the Director, Global Physical Security in developing and managing the company's global physical security policies, processes and standards for data center facilities including oversight, design delivery and on-going security operations. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership, and a strong focus on ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and security of critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the global and regional teams to assist in development and management of global physical security operational policies, processes and standards.
- Meet with potential customers to present the company standards and programs and to understand their specific physical security standards and requirements.
- Partner with Design, Delivery, and IT to assist in development of physical security design, security equipment, tools, systems and enhancement of security systems.
- Assist in the development of establishing and enforcing security protocols to safeguard physical access to the data center(s).
- Assist in leading global and regional physical security vendor partner selection for data center security services.
- Assist in leading global and regional management of security vendor partners through recurring business reviews and quality control processes. Manage vendor performance to ensure compliance with operational and security standards.
- Assist in development of Physical Security Risk Matrix and Maturity Program.
- Work with Design, Construction, and Delivery Teams to commission physical security programs.
- Conduct and participate in audits and assessments to verify compliance with physical security and operational standards.
- Champion innovative approaches to physical security including the use of new technology, AI and Robotics.
- Develop and deliver global security training programs based on operational policies, processes and standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the operations and security teams.
