G&M Health, LLC is a leader in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Compliance Consulting Services. Our clients rely on us to make informed decisions while understanding the associated risk. Some of our services include, Compliance Consulting, Aggregate Spend, Federal and State Privacy Management.
G&M Health, LLC is seeking to fill an Office Coordinator position on our Business Operations team to provide administrative and office support activities, which include, but are not limited to the following:
- Client Project Support as determined by Management;
- Field telephone calls;
- Respond to Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives’ requests via phone and email;
- Assist Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives to navigate systems;
- Review daily expenses for Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives and develop audit reports;
- Research state requirements and prepare licensing applications on behalf of our Clients;
- Maintain Clients’ Compliance Hotline;
- Review and validate Company’s website links;
- Manage calendars for Executive Leadership and make travel and meeting arrangements;
- Manage office supply inventory;
- Receive and Direct visitors;
- Review documents prior to client distribution.
- Handle one-off projects assigned by management
- Act as client administrative representative for MLR Committee review and facilitate changes in the system
- Prepare agenda and follow-up on internal and external requests
- Prepare FDA and State reports
- Duties listed above and not all inclusive
Qualifications and Skills
Must Have

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to speak & write effectively
- High degree of organization and attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently under occasional shift of direction and/or high-pressure situations
- Strong computer and internet research skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Google Workspace - (Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc...)
- The ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors
- Personable and a team player
Education:
- A 4 years Bachelor's degree is required.
