Job Summary

Seeking Part time Housekeeper

Specifically 9-4ish (Fri – Sun required) for laundry, minor maintenance (lightbulbs, batteries, etc.), must be able to lift 40lbs. Landscaping/flowers/yard-work is a plus. Starting at $17/hr tips

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including hotels, hospitality venues, and industrial facilities. This position requires a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Execute floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment effectively to maintain operational efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is advantageous.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
