What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker position at G&M Restaurant?
The Baker is responsible for all aspects of baking products and producing desserts. The Baker is responsible for working with our executive chef to create desserts, and then baking and decorating them to perfection. The Baker is also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all baking equipment, ensuring that all bakery products are correct and preparing orders for each day. The ideal candidate will have a passion for perfection and an eye for pastry.
Responsibilities:
- Bake delicious breads, cakes, and other baked goods.
- Use the best ingredients for their products.
- Be knowledgeable about the industry.
- Know how to use machines in the shop.
- Know about staying safe in a kitchen.
- Learn the best way to make breads, cakes, and other baked goods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
