The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities, with pay ranging from $12.00 to $15.00 per hour. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards and recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
- Assist with upselling products to enhance the customer experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant area, including dining spaces and food preparation areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and restaurant operations is a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on collaboration and teamwork.
