About the position:
We are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to help us meet our net new customer acquisition targets by leading, coaching, and motivating a team of high-performing Sales Executives.
What you’ll do:
You will manage a team of Sales Executives, and you’ll ensure they flawlessly execute on their sales tasks, which include:
- Lead a high-performing sales team and guide them to achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding client needs.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales executive team members.
What we’re looking for:
- 7-10 years’ experience in sales, with a track record in meeting sales targets.
- Successful previous experience in sales leadership, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous experience working for a tech company focusing on EOR, Payroll or HR preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business or finance discipline.
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, and other standard tools used within the Sales and Marketing function is strongly preferred.
