What are the responsibilities and job description for the Air conditioning position at G & R Heating and Air?
Growing and Highly Reputable HVAC company in need of Installers. Servicing Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler and all of the East Valley.
Need to have prior experience installing ACs. Offering a high pay rate for competent installers. This is a subcontractor position, but we have availabilities for full or part time employees as well.
We are looking for people with the following qualifications :
- Experience working with Residential HVAC systems such as furnaces, air conditioners and sheet metal. Need to be able and willing to efficiently diagnose, service, repair, maintain and / or install furnaces and AC's.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Excellent customer service.
- Trustworthy.
- Performs work with integrity.
- Ability to talk to customers and inform them of benefits of new equipment.
Compensation and Benefits :
- Our pay is competitive and based on experience level - competitive piece rate for subs / high pay for full time $35-$45 an hour.
- There is also room for growth, raises and benefits (health insurance, 401k, etc) in our company - relocation also possible as we locations in other states.
