The Tech Service Coordinator supports the Tech Service department by scheduling and dispatching field technicians for commercial oven service. This role also involves verifying warranty status and informing customers if their equipment is still under warranty. Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills are essential
Requirements :
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Schedule and dispatch field technicians based on service needs and availability.
- Verify warranty status, process claims, and communicate findings to customers.
- Communicate with customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure efficient service.
- Maintain accurate service logs, schedules, and records.
- Use Microsoft Office and service management software to track requests.
- Assist with administrative tasks and process improvements.
- Learn and apply company policies, warranty procedures, and technical product knowledge.
