G&S is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Media Activation Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital landscape. In this role, you’ll estimate, execute, monitor, optimize, and report on paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels—including social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), programmatic, direct-to-publisher digital (audio, video, display), and paid search. You’ll play a key role in supporting media strategy and marketing teams, ensuring campaigns across paid social, display, video, media partnerships, and search deliver strong results. Duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Understand and meet project deadlines, coordinate and communicate with Media Activation Supervisor, Project Manager and other internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Collaborate with and provide insights to the account teams and be able to communicate with agency clients.
  • Activate media buys by creating buying estimates/projections, generating and issuing IOs (Insertion Orders) and creative spec development across all media types. Collect, develop and issue deadlines for materials needed and report deadlines for creative and internal traffic team.
  • Execute and monitor self-service digital, paid search and paid social media plans.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and clients. Appropriately respond to all communication, including email and calls within 24 hours. When needed, refer any problems to their direct manager.
  • Master Excel Pivot tables, PowerPoint, client dashboards in order to organize, analyze and present key media and client data.
  • Learn and develop expertise in digital platforms, including social platforms, Google Campaign Manager and other media and reporting tools needed to recommend and execute campaigns
  • Assist team to meet timely and accurate invoicing requirements. Assist with media reconciliation as needed.
  • Understand how to use and leverage the agency's media and research tools.
  • Gather and compile creative specs for materials needed and distribute final list of needs/deadlines to creative team or client's creative team.
  • Traffic digital creative in Campaign Manager 360 and work in social platforms to implement social buys.
  • Maintain all resource and media files, updating constantly.
  • Provide updates and recommendations on how to best leverage digital media channels.
  • Monitor, optimize and report on all digital campaigns (digital, social and search).
  • Generate client reporting for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and other KPIs and offer recommendations and insights to improve performance.
  • Maintain current and accurate time records related to all functions of agency and client work assignments in Advantage software system.
  • Attend internal training, in-person and/or online conferences, seminars, as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience with planning, building, and executing digital campaigns, both programmatically and direct to publisher, across video, display, social media platforms and their ad management tools: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Basic knowledge and experience in media tools including Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads, social and programmatic platforms
  • Knowledge of the different media tactics and objectives and understanding the strengths, KPIs and preferred use of each medium
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and to learn quickly, asking questions when unsure of direction or how to proceed.
  • Keen eye for detail of copy, ad specs and ad spends across multiple campaigns, platforms and clients.
  • Basic knowledge of search engines, how to setup, monitor and report on campaigns, including the use of keyword analysis tools
  • Understanding of social communities, social networking, social media policy and launching both paid and organic campaigns.
  • Interest in and knowledge of current media trends, social platforms/mobile applications.
  • Writes clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar; varies writing style to meet client needs; presents numerical data effectively; able to read and interpret written information.
  • Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; participates in meetings.
  • Influencer and/or native campaign execution experience a plus.
  • Encourage accreditation in Google Fundamentals and Analytics tests.

Salary : $51,016 - $96,989
