TANKER DELIVERY DRIVER

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before departing to deliver products
• Ensure inventory stock matches delivery requirements
• Load and/or assist in loading products onto trucks according to specifications
• Deliver orders to customer in a safe, timely, accurate, and appropriate manner
• Maintain ongoing communication with Delivery Manager
• Review deliveries to ensure products meet customer needs
• Unload deliveries at designated location
• Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer
• Follow all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
• Follow all company and state enforced safety requirements for loading and unloading product
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

Certification:

• Class A CDL with tanker endorsement
• TWIC card preferred

Job/Experience Requirements:

• Operate material handling equipment, including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, and other equipment as required
• Successfully pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
• Pass medical requirements for Class A CDL Driver
• Read, write, and understand the English language
• Present a professional image to our customers through personal appearance and overall branch cleanliness
• Knowledge and/or experience with agricultural operations (preferred)

• High school graduate or equivalent
