We are looking for a Seasonal Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including checking in trucks for processing, obtaining lab samples(olives) & processing, data entry, submit reports to the accounting department for billing, tracking oil movement and labeling tanks accordingly and providing general office support. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a strong attention to detail; Excel proficiency is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Assist Mill Manager and Master Miller.
- Email milling reports to customers
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Assist with research projects and other tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with colleagues, clients, and customers.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $300.00 per day
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
